2 nights and 3 days - $380 per person
3 nights and 4 days - $565 per person
4 nights and 5 days - $745 per person
5 nights and 6 days - $920 per person
Your all-inclusive package includes:
- Air-ticket Quito - El Coca - Quito;
- Free river and ground round trip transfers from El Coca airport to the lodge;
- Accommodation at the lodge;
- Full board - breakfast, lunch and dinner at open-air restaurants;
- 24-hours availability of snacks;
- All sorts of local beer, drinks, soda, fresh juices etc. at the bar;
- Wine with dinner;
- Swimming pool;
- Personal safe box;
- Jacuzzi (at luxury bungalows);
- Daily 1 or 2 excursion trips in groups not more than 8 persons: (canoe tours, rainforest hiking, fishing and wildlife observation tours, rowing boats, etc.);
- Services of bilingual guides;
- Free WiFi Internet access on the territory of the lodge;
- All hotel taxes;
- Laundry services on request.
Accomodation rate excludes:
- Service tips or shopping outside Arcoiris Jungle Lodge territory.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment policy
- A deposit of 30% of the total tour package shall be paid within 7 days after reservation request in order to confirm the dates of the tour. If the deposit has not been paid, the rooms can be sold upon another request.
- Full pre-payment necessary 30 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations made between 30 days and the day of check-in require an immediate full pre-payment.
- A 50% single supplement is applicable to single occupants
- Payments are accepted by wire transfer (Ecuador, Quito, Banco del Pichincha, cuenta de ahorros 5428408100, Wilbert Calle). Please contact us for full bank details.
- Pets are NOT allowed in Arcoiris Jungle Lodge.
- Please timely inform our Reservations Dept. on any special dietary requirements or special occasions (anniversary, birthdays, etc.)
- Please timely inform our Reservations Dept. on the day of arrival in order to avoid any complications or misunderstanding.
Group booking polisy
The bookings for groups of more than 8 persons are subject to the following conditions:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit shall be paid within 21 day after reservation request to confirm the date of travel.
- A 100% non-refundable payment shall be made 30 days prior to arrival of the group.
Cancellation policy
As a general rule Arcoiris Jungle Lodge reimburses:
- 100% - if the tour is cancelled not later than 2 months prior to arrival date;
- 50% - if the tour is cancelled not later than 2 months prior to arrival.
* This policy is effective regardless of the reason of cancellation.
** We recommend that you make and insurance against cancellation due to the circumstances beyond reasonable control.
*** Arcoiris Jungle Lodge reimburses 100% of the deposit when natural disasters have been officially registered..
**** Ecuador tax fees (not determined by Arcoiris Jungle Lodge) and the Arcoiris Jungle Lodge rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Be advised, that since November 2009 Messrs Andrey Сhatounov (former Director of the Lodge) and Olexandr Makushkin (former administrator of the Lodge) no longer work with the Lodge and do not have any rights on selling touring packages or making any kinds of reservations. Arcoiris Jungle Lodge and its official representative do not bear any obligations whatsoever for actions of these persons.
